1. Our Service
Sonhos Gravados offers a live artistic wedding experience. During the event:
Guests are photographed. Their image is engraved in real time on natural material (wood or stone – choice free of charge). Guests watch the piece being created and take home a personalized keepsake (standard live-event size: approximately 10 cm). Each engraved piece takes approximately 2.5 to 3 minutes. The Base Pack includes 3 hours of live service, full setup and operation at the venue, photo capture, and engraving (approximately 50–60 pieces depending on actual guest participation).
2. Official Pricing (Internal Standards)

In such cases, the original quoted price and conditions will be honored for continuity.
3. Booking & Reservation Process
A date is only considered reserved once the EUR 30 non-returnable deposit is received. A contract will be sent and must be signed upon closure.
The remaining balance is due on the wedding day (before or at the start of the service). Payment method: MBWay only (number: 911 959 175). We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the deposit is not received within the agreed timeframe.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
The EUR 30 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refunds are issued for the balance once the service has been provided or if you cancel after the deposit has been paid. If we are unable to provide the service due to our fault (and not due to force majeure – see section 8), we will refund the balance paid (if any).
5. Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information regarding: Confirmed wedding date
Exact venue/location, Approximate number of guests, Any special requirements (high guest interaction, desire for each family to receive a keepsake, etc.)
You are responsible for ensuring suitable space and access for our setup on the day. We are not liable for delays caused by inaccurate information or lack of access.
6. Our Operational Limits
Capacity depends on booked hours, actual guest participation, and number of machines. We recommend an extra hour or second machine for weddings with 150+ guests or when you want maximum coverage. The service is designed for the standard 10 cm size; larger sizes are not offered for live events.
7. Changes & Flexibility
You may upgrade to extra time or a second machine at any point before the event (subject to availability). We will always try to accommodate reasonable requests, but final capacity is limited by time and equipment.
8. Force Majeure & Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, venue closure, power failure, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions). Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
9. Intellectual Property & Photos
Photos taken during the service are used solely to create the engraved keepsakes. We reserve the right to use anonymized images of the experience for our own marketing (website, social media) unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
10. Data Protection (GDPR / Portuguese Law)
We process your personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and will not share it with third parties except as required for service delivery (e.g. MBWay payment). You have the rights granted by the EU GDPR and Portuguese law.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Portuguese Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbra (Portugal).
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the signed contract and the specific quote, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sonhos Gravados. Any previous verbal or written communications are superseded.
