This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by [Your Business Name], a small laser engraving business operating in Mealhada, Portugal.
Due to the custom and personalized nature of laser engraving, different rules apply to customized and non-customized products.

Customized / Personalized Products
According to EU and Portuguese consumer law, custom-made or personalized items (including engraved products made to the customer’s specifications) cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defect or error.

This includes, but is not limited to: Personalized text, names, dates, or images, Custom designs provided by the customer, Products engraved specifically upon request

By placing an order, the customer confirms approval of the design, text, and specifications.

Defective or Incorrect Items If a product:

● Arrives damaged ● Contains an engraving error made by us

Does not match the approved design Please contact us within 48 hours of

receiving the item with:

● A description of the issue

● Clear photos of the product If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following, at no additional cost: ● Replacement of the item ● Correction of the engraving ● Refund (if replacement is not possible)

Non-Customized Products For non-personalized items, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Conditions: ● Item must be unused and in original condition ● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer ● Refund will be issued after inspection of the returned item

Order Approval Responsibility Customers are responsible for: ● Checking spelling, dates, and design details before approval ● Confirming dimensions and materials Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.
